‘SANDEEP’ CURVILINEAR EDGEBANDING MACHINE MODEL SCE50

SANDEEP SCE50 is a Manual Multi-Functional Curvilinear Edge Banding Machine and is for attaching Veneer, Melamine, PVC and ABS Edge Banding tape of size 0.4 to 3 mm thick/Solid Wood upto 4mm in Strips on Straight, Round or Curved Panels with Pre-heated glue at desired set temperature.

Glue Rollers are suitable for Panels Thickness from 10 to 50mm. Glue temperature control is in built in the machine. Electro-Pneumatic cutting device is provided & is fully covered by a guard for safety of the operator.

The Machines dispenses glue on the Tape as well as the Panel and the glue quantity can be adjusted. Machine works though a Foot Switches for Cutting the Edge Band on curvilinear mode and on straight mode it operates through a Limit Switch which is fitted on the fence of the table.

	Pre-Selected Length Stop with Auto Tape Cutter.
	Machine Capable to use high temperature glue up to 200°C.
	Caster’s with lock are provided on the base of the machine for easy handling of the machine (ON REQUEST)
	Hot Air Gun is provided for pre-heating of the Tape (optional)
	Big Size Tape stand of Diameter 750mm to take big Edge Band Rolls.
	FRL fitted on the machine for clean and lubricated AIR SUPPLY.
